Daniel J. McMillan, DDS

Dr. Daniel J. McMillan received his Bachelor’s of Science from Brigham Young University and graduated from the top ranked University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco in 2006. Dr. McMillan is an active member of the American Dental Association and California Dental Association. His dental office is equipped with modern technology that allows him to provide the best care and highest level of service to his patients. He finds great fulfillment helping people maintain and create beautiful smiles.  

He has vast experience in pediatric dentistry and enjoys having a practice that treats the entire family. He worked as a faculty member at UOP doing extensive research in root canal therapy. He served on the UCSF Children’s Hospital Advisory Board, as a parent advocate for optimal family centered treatment and care. He and his wife, Heidi, live in Walnut Creek and have six children, Scott, Tyler, Kira, Blake, Parker and Hanna. In addition to his dental practices, Dr. McMillan enjoys fixing cars and motorcycles, playing the piano and spending time with family and friends. He enjoys serving in his church, singing in the choir and swimming with the Walnut Creek Masters. 

Lidia Monterroso, DDS

Dr. Lidia Monterroso was born in Guatemala and raised there until the age of 11. She has been living in the Bay Area since then, in Concord. She graduated from Mount Diablo High School and then graduated from UC Berkeley in Molecular and Cellular Biology. She volunteered and worked as a dental assistant for five years at Berkeley Free Clinic, providing assistance and resources to the homeless, refugees, and undocumented clients in the area, until the start of dental school at University of the Pacific in San Francisco. After becoming a Dentist she now again volunteers at the Berkeley Free Clinic providing pro-bono dental care. Dr. Monterroso is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Contra Costa Dental Society. Outside of dentistry, she likes to spend time with family, friends, and her cats!
